How do I book a ride?
Sign in (or create an account), then use Book a Ride. Choose your ride type — Hourly, Airport Transfer, or Point to Point — set your pickup and drop-off (you can drop a pin on the map), pick a vehicle class and any add-ons, and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation and, once we finalise your fare, a secure payment link.
How is the price calculated, and when do I pay?
You'll see an estimated total during booking. Our team confirms the final fare and sends a secure payment link by email/notification. You can apply a coupon code or redeem loyalty points (100 points = €1) at booking.
Can I use a coupon or loyalty points?
Yes. Enter a coupon code and/or toggle loyalty-point redemption on the booking summary. The discount is applied to your total before the payment link is issued.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn points on completed rides and can redeem them for a discount on future bookings (100 points = €1 off). Your balance and tier are shown in the client portal.
Can I track my driver?
Yes. Once a driver is assigned and on the way, you can follow their live location from the client portal and the mobile app.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact us as early as possible by email, WhatsApp, or phone (above), or chat with us from the booking in your portal, and we'll arrange the change.
Do you offer corporate / company accounts?
Yes — company accounts can book on behalf of a rider and manage multiple journeys. Register a company account, or contact us to set one up.
