1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or making a booking through EXEC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These Terms govern the relationship between EXEC Albania ("EXEC", "we", "us") and you as a client ("you", "the client").
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. The Service
EXEC provides a premium chauffeur transportation service in Albania, including but not limited to:
- Hourly ride reservations — hiring a professional chauffeur and vehicle for a fixed number of hours
- Airport transfers — point-to-point journeys to or from Tirana International Airport
- A-to-B transfers — bespoke point-to-point journeys calculated per kilometre
All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability. EXEC operates within Albania and may, at its discretion, accept bookings involving travel to or from border points of neighbouring countries.
3. Bookings and Confirmation
Making a Booking
Bookings must be made through our website by registered users. You must provide accurate pickup details, destination (where applicable), date, time, and the number of passengers. Any booking submitted is a request; it is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from EXEC.
Booking Approval
EXEC reserves the right to decline any booking at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Payment is not taken until a booking is accepted and confirmed.
Amendments
Changes to confirmed bookings (date, time, pickup location) must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled journey. Amendments are subject to availability and may be subject to a re-pricing if the scope of the journey changes materially.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before departure: full refund, no cancellation fee
- 12–24 hours before departure: 50% of the booking value charged as a cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours before departure: 100% of the booking value is non-refundable
- No-show: if the client cannot be reached within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the booking is treated as a no-show and is fully charged
Cancellations must be submitted through the client portal or by contacting us directly. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of the driver, fuel, and standard vehicle amenities. Prices shown are estimates for A-to-B journeys (calculated on distance) and fixed rates for hourly and airport bookings. Final pricing is confirmed at booking approval.
Add-Ons
Optional extras selected during the booking process (such as champagne service, additional waiting time, or premium Wi-Fi) are added to the base fare and are non-refundable once the journey has commenced.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods are specified at the time of booking confirmation. Invoices are issued upon request for corporate clients. Late payment may result in suspension of account access.
Loyalty Points
EXEC operates a loyalty points programme. Points are earned on the total value of paid bookings and may be redeemed against future bookings at EXEC's published exchange rate. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 12 months from the date of earning.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time. The driver will wait up to 15 minutes free of charge; additional waiting time is billed at the applicable rate.
- Ensure the number of passengers and luggage does not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle class.
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour is grounds for immediate termination of the journey without refund.
- Not smoke, vape or consume food in the vehicle without prior explicit approval.
- Ensure children requiring child seats notify EXEC at least 24 hours in advance; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.
- Not request the driver to violate traffic laws, speed limits, or undertake any illegal activity.
7. Vehicle and Driver
EXEC reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class in the event of a mechanical issue or other unforeseen circumstance. Drivers are professionally licensed, trained, and bound by EXEC's code of conduct. Clients may not request a specific driver, though preferences can be noted in the booking.
8. Damage to Vehicles
The client is liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their guests beyond normal wear and tear. Cleaning fees apply for soiling the vehicle interior. EXEC will invoice the client for any costs incurred, which must be settled within 14 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
EXEC shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Indirect or consequential losses including missed flights, meetings, or events
- Any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the client in the booking
To the fullest extent permitted by Albanian law, EXEC's total liability in connection with any single booking shall not exceed the value of that booking.
10. Force Majeure
EXEC shall not be in breach of these Terms, and shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest. In such circumstances we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer a rescheduled booking or full refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the EXEC name, logo, design, text, images and software, is the exclusive property of EXEC Albania. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
12. Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
